Quick Flip Calculator

Test the real margin, set your buy offer, and work out your sell ladder without doing the GE maths yourself.

This is a fast flip for impatient players — get in, get out, within the hour. It is not always the biggest-profit method, so don't expect it to beat a patient flip. And no calculator can promise you profit; the GE moves while you blink.

1. Starting prices

Pull them from an item (optional) or type them in.

Test buy offer
Place an offer for 1 item only. You want an instant buy.
Test sell offer
Sell the same test item low to find the real instant-sell price.

2. Margin test results

After testing with one item, enter what actually happened.

The price you paid when your test buy offer filled instantly.
The price you got when you sold the test item back low.

3. Trade sizing

Default buy-offer runtime: ~20 minutes. If it hasn't filled by then, the market has probably moved.

Quick Guide

  • Find an item with a promising margin (start on the market screener).
  • Test the real prices with one item only.
  • Set your buy and sell offers from the test results.
  • Let the buy offer run for about 20 minutes.
  • Sell using the staged ladder: 100% → 80% → 60% → quick exit.

Enter your actual insta-buy and insta-sell fills above to unlock the full margin, ROI and sell ladder. Until then you've got your test offers on the left.

Why some “good” items say “No flipper”

An item can look juicy on online price data and still fail the moment you test it. Cached prices lag the live book, so by the time you place an offer the real margin has already moved — usually against you. The one-item margin test is how you catch that before you sink your stack in. If the after-tax margin isn't there, it isn't there. Move on to the next one; there's always another.

Play it safe

  • Only ever margin test with 1 item.
  • Don't leave quick flips running too long — this method is about speed.
  • Never put your whole cash stack into one flip.
  • Keep a few GE slots on other, slower methods so you're not all-in on one bet.
  • The market can move while you're buying. No tool can guarantee profit — this one included.
